Use the application form to apply for user rights from HMV-Systems Oy. The username and password are for personal use only. Disclosing them to a third person is prohibited. Violations of this rule are continuously monitored using several different methods. Note: If you are part of an organisation that has an organisation-level user agreement, the user rights and other details are dependent on those of the organisation. Fees: (general user agreement directly with HMV-Systems Oy) Subscription fee: 300 € - Paid once, when user rights are granted. Annual fee: 260 € / year - Paid once per year, entitles the user to use the service for the 365 days after the day when user rights were granted. At the end of the period the next annual fee must be paid before the period is over. If the user does not pay the next annual fee, this is taken to mean that the agreement has been terminated. Confidentiality: All discussions and exchange of information within the HotLine is confidential. The contents of the system or parts thereof may not be disclosed to third parties. The person posting pictures, notifications and other information in file format is responsible for ensuring that posting the files does not constitute an infringement of copyrights. Open questions: Every user is required to report solutions to their own questions without delay. One user is only allowed to have max. two open questions at any time. Questions must not be kept open without a reason. If a question has not been technically solved in a satisfactory way due to some decision or action/inaction of the person who posted it, this must be clearly reported so that the system administrator is able to remove the event from the database. Terminating the user agreement: The user may terminate the user agreement at any time by notifying the system administrator. In such cases the unused part of the annual fee will be reimbursed to the user. The subscription fee will not be reimbursed. The system administrator has the right to terminate a user agreement if the user has acted against these rules. In such cases the user is also required to compensate for any damages that such violation may have caused. If a user wishes to continue using the service after the user agreement has been terminated, this user will be considered a new applicant. HMV-Systems Oy reserves the right to changes.
