| Automatic alert to e-mail / mobile phoneThe person on duty is automatically alerted whenever a new case is added to the HotLine and when the original poster replies to these.The technical support of HMV-Systems Oy gets these alerts as text messages to their mobile phones. Regular HotLine users also get an e-mail whenever somebody replies to a question they have asked. These alerts can also be sent as text messages (chargeable extra service).  |
